Madison — The Milwaukee Police Supervisors’ Organization announced today that is has endorsed Governor Scott Walker for re-election.
“Governor Walker is committed to public safety. We are proud to endorse Governor Walker for re-election as he is a proven leader and supporter of law enforcement. Governor Walker understands the complexities law enforcement officers face daily. We appreciate and trust Governor Walker to continue his support for law enforcement and to help us keep our citizens and communities safe,” said Carmelo Patti, Vice President of the Milwaukee Police Supervisors’ Organization.
Governor Scott Walker released the following statement in response to the Milwaukee Police Supervisors’ Organization endorsement:
We are grateful for the men and women of our police force who risk their own safety on a daily basis to protect the safety of the greater community. In a second term, we will continue to promote the safety and well being of both our police force and all citizens of Wisconsin.
