Dear Representative Hraychuck…

I wish to express my complete displeasure for your vote on a $4.9 billion tax hike on the people of the State of Wisconsin.
It makes this state a place to not want to live, work or retire in.
There is no excuse for this to happen when we have to tighten our belts and government refuses to do the same.
The whole budget is nothing more than patronage to those who contributed to your campaign and it has nothing to do with common sense for the future of our state.
