What kind of Government does America have in place?  Aren’t they all the same?

After the 2008 elections, the Polk County Republican Party created a new Mission & Vision Statement and goals for our party to be met by 2010.  One of the most important goals was to: Provide relevant information that will educate the citizens of Polk County before, during, and after elections.

The following video is a short lesson on why the American Founders created a Republic vs. another form of Government.  After watching it, you will see how the climate in Washington is shifting from a Republic towards another form of Government, one that the Founders warned us about.

    Great video and I believe it helps the Polk County Republican Party meet one of its objectives and that is to assist in the education of Polk County residents. This one takes us to the basics and we can build from there.

    I think it is a fascinating film. It would be good to have this shown in public schools…good luck with that. But it is great to get it out the best we can.
